Improve your knowledge of kata and its applications, gain greater understanding of each movement and how it works in a practical way.

The focus of this seminar will be on the first 3 kata of the Goju system; Gekisai Dai Ichi, Gekisai Dai Ni and Saifa. Covering applications using stand up and groundwork techniques as well as covering the principles of movement and how they can be used in a practical manner for martial arts, self defence and fighting.
